Moser Electronics Releases Analog Devices ADF437x Synthesizer

Mouser Electronics is now offering Analog Devices' ADF4371 and ADF4372 microwave broadband synthesizers. The ADF4371 is one of the industry's highest frequency synthesizers, offering ultra-wide continuous RF output from 62 MHz to 32 GHz, while the ADF4372 operates from 62 MHz to 16 GHz for non-high frequency designs.
The Analog Devices ADF4371 and ADF4372 microwave wideband synthesizers include phase-locked loops (PLLs), fully integrated voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), low-dropout regulators (LDOs), and tracking filtering. These devices feature the industry's lowest jitter (36fs at 10GHz) for high-resolution fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop frequency synthesizers when used with external loop filters and external reference sources .
