The OPA2172 is a dual, 36V, 10MHz, low power operational amplifier

The OPA172, OPA2172 and OPA4172 (OPA172) are a family of 36V, single supply, low noise operational amplifiers capable of operating from +4.5V (±2.25V) to +36V supplies (±18 V). The latest addition of high voltage CMOS op amps, along with the OPA171 and OPA170, offers a range of bandwidth, noise and power options to meet the needs of a variety of applications. The OPA172 is available in a tiny package and offers low offset, drift, and quiescent current. These devices also offer wide bandwidth, fast slew rate and high output current drive capability. Single, dual and quad versions all share the same specifications for maximum design flexibility.

Unlike most ADR364BUJZ-REEL7 op amps, which specify only one supply voltage, the OPA172 family is rated from +4.5 V to +36 V. Input signals beyond the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. During normal operation, the input can operate within 100 mV below the negative rail and 2 V from the top rail. Note that these devices can operate with full rail-to-rail input 100 mV beyond the top rail, but performance degrades within 2 V of the top rail.

The OPAx172 family of op amps is specified over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
